Martha works with women to increase their strength while encouraging a healthy outlook on life. She believes that women need to feel good from the inside out. Through goal setting, custom workout plans and food coaching, Martha sets women on the right track to feeling healthy and strong!
Let Martha guide and help you improve your overall health and fitness level. She will create a personalized eating plan and exercise program (daily, weekly or monthly). Customized program will be created for you to follow. Program will be reevaluated within 6-8 weeks.
