COVID-19 Guidelines
We are excited to announce that we are reopening our skincare & makeup boutique on May 19, 2020 and will operate based on the reopening guidelines established by the Ohio Governor and the Ohio State Cosmetology/Barber Board.
Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of advanced technologies, result oriented treatments and rejuvenation to our clients, and our resolve is stronger now than ever before.
Our team has been hard at work to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as considering every step of treatment processes to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines.

RESCHEDULING DURING COVID-19
If you find yourself not feeling well before an upcoming appointment, please call and let us help you reschedule, no questions asked. If you have traveled outside of the state in the past 14 days, we will be asking you to reschedule your experiences.

Here are some tangible ways we have doubled our efforts to guarantee client and staff safety:
- Service Providers will wear masks during treatments as an enhanced safety measure.
- Extensive cleaning will occur between each client.
- Temporary closure of water, beverages and snacks.
- Opportunity to pay for your treatments and gratuity in advance to allow for touch-less payment transactions.
- No cash payment transactions onsite. All payments will be collected via credit, debit or gift cards.
To keep our clients and staff safe, we will ask all clients to:
- Refrain from visiting the boutique if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.
- Refrain from visiting the boutique if you are under isolation or quarantine order/directive.
- Please stay in your car and call the boutique upon arrival. Only scheduled appointments will be allowed to enter the boutique.

Using the Latest Technology in Sanitation for COVID-19 Prevention
Our cleaning and sanitation program includes Evergreen Superclean which is a one-step disinfectant that lasts up to 90 days. This product works with a unique surfacide platform. It provides a clear protective shield which dries on the surface within seconds. This disinfectant adheres to the surface disinfecting bacteria and viruses . The active ingredient forms a colorless, odorless, positively charged polymer based disinfectant that chemically bonds to the treated surface. Evergreen Superclean does not dissipate, or leach onto other surfaces. Its chemistry forms a permanent bond that essentially lasts the life of the treated surface. Normal cleaning with common products will not remove the treatment, although it can be eventually abraded away. Everclean Superclean can be used on all surfaces including porous and non-porous surfaces.
